8. I am in Norway. I have an IPv4 IP address but still got the “HLS not found” message on every channel. After switching to “Prefer IPv4 over IPv6 in prefix policies” as you suggested, everything works like a charm. Now I can watch Judge Judy on CBSreality and EastEnders on BBC One. Thanks! I will definitely donate.

    Im in CYPRUS. ALL WAS WELL BUT SINCE YST IT KEEPS FREEZING. I HAVE 8mb BANDWIDTH.
    AND SUDDENLY BBC is BBC Wales|!
    Otherwise its a great site ( start up problems)

20. Good morning. I live in Madrid, Spain Today I am unable to receive any programmes on my PC (works fine on my tablet) here via Rob`s Satallite despite repeated efforts. Instead I am presented with the onscreen message hisjs:Video file not found. Your help to overcome this problem would be more than appreciated. Thank you.

21. Hi trying to watch in The Gambia West Africa. keeps freezing but probably the internet here not very reliable.
    But trying to see what its like only found it today.
