    by connection do you mean my ISP, or do you mean my connection to the laptop? because as I said 10.9 mbps when its at its lowest. checked every time there is a glitch, that’s what led me to ask. you say one needs at least 5 mbps. as I have read on this site, so something doesn’t fit, I
