    Actually,  it’s more than likely plugged into the wrong 3.5mm jack port at the back… its probably in the microphone port…

    To be honest sharlin, an ethernet cable to the router is much better and stable compared to the wifi, so, if you can hide the cable so it doesn’t look awful, then it’s a better option.

    Well, hang on a minute… most desktops dont have wifi adapters in them. Are you sure your PC does have wifi??

    Wifi icon wont show up if you have a ethernet (the correct term for ‘internet cable’) plugged in. Remove the ethernet cable, and the icon should change from the ethernet icon to the wifi icon. Then you should be able to click on it, select your wifi, enter password and should be good to go…

     

    If that doesn’t work, simply plug the ethernet cable back in, and your internet will come back…and let us know  and we can go from there…
