    Hi Paul

    Same issues again since yesterday (I noticed it yesterday)

     

    My membership is still valid until Dec 31st

    My internet speed is as normal 4mbps

    Grey buttons not helping

    No channels coming in just testcard

    Using Chrome, Edge or Mozilla,

    Tried different device and different broadband source

    Same symptoms as my last post 24/10/2017 NO feed in Ireland

    And in this screenshot you can see RTE player streaming well while RObssattelite tv has no feed LOL

    Yes Paul,

    I can stream anything except Robssattelitetv.com. I can stream netflix, sky news, RTE player, ITV player.
    In the attached screenshot you can see three youtube windows together with RTE player and ITV player simulatneously, LOL

    Hi Paul,

    Yes, when I tested it it was 1.7, and you asked me to test it again and it was as high as 12.
    I am using a hotspot from my Iphone on an unlimited data package from 3 network.
    The signal strength (number of bars on my phone and computer) screen is full.
    I have measures the decibel strength (for the phone to receive its signal) at various places in my house and I have located the phone in that place at all times and the computer is located directly beside it and in view of it.
    It is 4 g usually.

    Is it a speed issue? if I am getting feed at 5 mbps and not getting it at 12?
    eg now speed is 8.2 and I have no feed.

    I cant believe it or make sense of it! I just tried and for the first time in weeks I was getting normal feed, since 4.30 am this morning until 5.50 so I did speedtest at 5.50 and got 7.2 mbps then I went back to channels and they are off again,, sigh. So I speed tested again and speed is fine 12mbps
