I’d like to add my hugest THANK YOU for all the many year’s work you’ve put in to this. I’ve been here from the beginning and was in Rob’s before thatβ¦
This site really did keep me going after my move abroad, and I shall miss it!
As for refunding outstanding fees, please keep mine, it’s the least I can do to feel like Iβm helping a little.

Hi guys, just to update you….
It was a software problem at this end with the new internet provider. He has managed to get us back up and running with a temporary ‘work around’ solution while he fixes the problem.

Thank you for all your help so far. I’ve been on to our new internet provider again, and explained what is happening and what we have tried. He now thinks it may be something to do with the settings for the internet our end, and he’s running some tests for us this morning.

Everything else is working fine, including other internet videos etc, so not really sure what to do now? Why would a house move make a difference do you think? All equipment is still the same and internet speed is actually a bit faster now π would Paul have any further ideas please?

Al Jazeera channel works fine through rstv, i’m definitely logged in on my ipad π
All other channels still showing coloured screen with no live streams available.
Hi Paul,
router is plugged into pc with ethernet cable, and ipad is wifi in the same room as the router.
there’s no problems with streaming youtube or other internet streams at all.
5mbps has always been ok so far.
I’ve just been thrown out for reaching my ‘maximum log in attempts’ too, says try again after 30 mins! Grrr.
Hopefully Paul will know what’s going on :/
Ahhhhhhhh….
I’ve just closed all my tabs and tried to log in again, under the log in password section it states I am level 1, but I am actually a paid up level 3 member (which it shows in the membership page)…. Could this be the reason I have no access? I paid for level 3 for a year.

my internet speed is 5mbps, which is normally our speed and has always worked previously.
I have tried all the trouble shooting suggestions and tried different devices ipad/pc but still no live streams available.
Ahhhh I see. I did take the special 2 month offer back then. Thank you. You’re doing an excellent job and I am extremely grateful for all your hard work!!! π
