It doesn’t suit me to open a paypal case, and if I get a refund then great, no problem with that, you still haven’t explained the snide attitude when answering members,or why instead of all this time wasted you couldn’t just suck it up sort it seeing VPN was your method when PP fkd you over. Seeing the onus is on you to notify member and not for members to stay informed, not one business or service runs like this.. You might want to get into globasl emails for such important matters,save you loads of time. I must say I am surprised you couldn’t just suck it up as its one customer, it wasn’t like you wouldn’t have had sugar for your cornflakes because of it…But there you go..

#I didn’t realise I had to read everything at the top of a page especially when most of it does not apply. When I signed up for RSTV i was not made aware that I had to read these message either.
Now after months of paying via the prescribed method, I find it is no longer the one adopted by you to pay membership. I paid VIA vpn thinking it was for here, I was not aware of this change, so i ask what is happened and all i get is snide messages saying enjoy youyr VPN , tough, is that the way you do things?
Look at the amount of mistakes and mess up you have made running here over the months and everyone is patient with you, but if a member who has paid their subscription messes up once its tough, sorry tough luck, and GTF attitude, with why didnt you read this, well i didn’t .. The least you could do is put it right and suck it up but instead its just get snide, why? So now I have to go to paypal and raise this to get a refund, thanks.
It might have been nice to just send a generic email to customers if this is so imnportant, mnost people running a service would do this..

Does it have the same,interface? New to me system makes me wary that its fully secure,trust you guys but worried at look of it..Hi Paul, it seems like a massive leap of faith to put my card details including cvc into that wee interface. A bit scary looking for me…

I don’t get it, you are taking all the risk, laidout intiially,used your expertise and time yet some people whinge about donating anything for such an excellent service…Nothing in life is free, it costs someone,somewhere, why not be a someone and be part of it instead of moaning?

First class job guys, respect to all for getting it done, not easy I can imagine. I used to be a gaming clan host and admin and that was enough to turn hair grey….
